Conceived as a Daira for a distinguished political family, this project embodies hospitality, tradition, and functionality on a grand scale. Designed to host public meetings and accommodate esteemed guests, the architecture balances openness with dignity, creating spaces that foster dialogue and community. Beyond its formal halls and guest living quarters, the estate integrates essential rural elements—dedicated areas for cattle, a horse stable, and expansive car parking—ensuring the residence remains deeply rooted in its cultural and practical context. The result is a living environment that merges classical elegance with purposeful design, serving as both a civic landmark and a familial retreat.
