ARCHITECTURE IN ISLAMABAD
MM Design Studio provides architecture, interior design and construction coordination for residential, workplace, retail, restaurant and hospitality projects across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding areas.
OUR APPROACH
For us, architecture is not only an elevation exercise. The work starts with the site, the client’s brief, circulation, privacy, daylight, structure and the practical realities of construction. We develop planning and architectural character together so that the exterior grows from the way the building actually needs to work.
Residential projects are planned around family routines, guest use, privacy and future flexibility. Commercial and hospitality projects add another layer: customer movement, visibility, brand identity, service flow and operational efficiency. From concept design through working drawings, our aim is to make design decisions that can be understood, priced and built.
Our studio is based in Islamabad and works across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, DHA-II, Bahria, Wah Cantt, Taxila and selected projects elsewhere in Pakistan.

Kamran Rao Residence — Wah Cantt
10 Marla multi-generational residence developed from an existing grey structure for three brothers and their families.
Saleem Residence — Rawalpindi
1 Kanal home for an elderly couple combining classical architectural character with comfortable day-to-day circulation.
Nabeel Residence — Taxila
10 Marla residence set within a larger estate and positioned around mature trees and landscape views.
Paswal Daira — Kharian
8 Kanal daira project combining gathering spaces, guest accommodation, parking and rural support facilities.
