SPACE PLANNING FIRST
We begin by mapping staff numbers, departments, circulation, visitor flow, meeting patterns, storage, acoustics and the relationship between focused work and collaboration. Reception, workstations, meeting rooms, management offices, breakout areas and support spaces are then organised as one clear plan.
Ceiling design, lighting, air-conditioning, access panels, power, data and joinery are coordinated with the layout so technical requirements do not feel added later. Material choices are evaluated for durability, maintenance, cost and the image the workplace needs to communicate.
For fit-out projects, drawings can include furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, joinery details, material schedules and construction information depending on the agreed scope.
